By accessing or using carousei. at carousei.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and whishtock llc, the entity that operates carousei.

2. Description of Service

carousei. is an AI-powered carousel generator. You provide a topic, URL, or document. The service generates written copy, renders it as a set of image slides, and lets you download those slides or publish them to connected social media accounts. The service is provided over the internet and requires an account.

3. Accounts and Your Responsibilities

To use carousei. you must create an account through Clerk, our authentication provider. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at [CONTACT_EMAIL].

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates any applicable law,
• produce content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or harmful,
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure,
• use automated means to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage or circumvent rate limits,
• resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to carousei. and the carousels you create with it. By using the service, you grant whishtock llc a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service and deliver it to you.

You are solely responsible for what you publish or distribute using carousels you create through carousei. That includes ensuring you have the rights to any source material you submit.

6. AI Disclaimer

Carousel copy is generated by an AI model operated by Anthropic. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You should review all generated copy carefully before publishing it. We make no guarantee that any generated content is accurate, current, original, or suitable for your specific purpose.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

carousei. offers a free tier and paid plans (Creator, Pro, and Studio) billed monthly or annually. Each plan includes a stated number of carousels per calendar month. We do not use a credit system.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the customer billing portal. After cancelling, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a monthly period.

For annual plans, refund requests made within 14 days of payment and before substantial use of the allowance may be granted at our discretion. Contact [CONTACT_EMAIL] to request a refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. If a payment fails, your account will revert to the free tier until payment is resolved.

8. Service Provided “As Is”

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, whishtock llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of carousei. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or to other users. We will attempt to notify you where practical.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
